Building awareness of Decision Direct Research, a division of Millard Group, Inc., began with the renaming of the division to quickly and accurately portray the business and continue through sustained public relations activities. Decision Direct Research is the premiere research company focused on direct marketing and publishing industry.

The business provides participating catalogers and e-commerce retailers through its Online Customer Insight Surveys scores from consumers for various online marketing attributes and attitudinal changes compared to results from the previous quarter, and the previous year.

CHC edits and distributes press releases on the division’s quarterly surveys to targeted trade publications. According to Lilliane LeBel, vice president of Decision Direct Research, the campaign has delivered a boost to new client acquisition and client retention.
